warranty
All of KL compressed air dryer ,water chiller & gas generator with warranty of 13months from the first starting-up date, but no more than 15months from the shipment date.
A: All equipment after debugging within warranty time have product quality problem, we charge the free service, and provide the space parts for replace.
B: Expire warranty we offer product parts sales & machine maintenance guidance service, and the spare parts price with discount for you.
Project cooperation
At the start of each project, especially for big air dryer system, we have project managers, who are responsible for the communication of technical quotation and the support of technical manager and product manager.

gas generator delivery term
As a large size equipment, especially for large compressed air dryer, water chiller and full set of gas generator, we will commissioning before leaving the factory. We welcome customers to come to our factory to complete the final debugging and quality inspection work with us. At the same time, we will also conduct a detailed product introduction, operation and maintenance training for customer engineers.
